Golf in Florida - Part 6

Today it is the opinion of Tampa, Tampa golf courses focused on two areas of communal property of the city. The city has three in all, a happy state for people who can play these venues at very reasonable prices.

First up today, Rogers Park Golf Course. Opened in 1952, Rogers Park was renovated in 1976 with noted Florida golf architect Ron Garl in charge. Originally a nine hole course was extended for a further round ofProperties to the city by road and has an eighteen hole regulation course. More restructuring and redesign was done in 2000, including the creation of a new clubhouse facility.

The course starts now extends to a par 5, 551 meters. Once again, provided all distances from the tips, but the course can play much shorter. From the back tees, Rogers Park plays a solid 6,802 yards. The first hole plays every piece of its running length and is an opportunity to get your round started with aBirdie fixed with two hits.

The second is a huge 432 yard par 4 that has suffered enough. This is a relatively easy par 4, 387 meters, a good candidate for the birdie. The fourth hole is a par 4 with water in play off the tee good. He is 417 meters.

Skip first eighth hole, we find a great par 3 of 204 yards with water in the very first game, the right and behind the green. This hole requires an accurate tee a lot. Iis very happy with third

The front nine winds with a lovely par 5 of 509 yards that is another good birdie opportunity. But if you're big enough to batter them two are on the road, you should not turn off the water to the fairway and green on the left.

Now we have to cross the road and head for the back nine, a very heterogeneous group of holes that you can really enjoy. You have a crack at birdie in the first two holes at once. The tenth is a par 4 of 375 that plays downhill with a delicate green.Woods edge of the hole and left. Number of times eleven back up the hill and turn right. You shot in favor of the left side of the fairway on your T-shirt.

The twelfth is a great par 3, 202 yards plays through a chute of trees to an undulating green. Other 3: here is a smile on your face. Number thirteen is a sweeping par 4 of 399 meters, he plays on a slight ridge and down to the right with water behind the green.

The fourteenth hole is one of thedramatic par fives in the region. He turns slightly left and requires a very accurate tee that must carry water. Water is the length of the hole and you need to negotiate again in your second shot. Then there are the trees and bushes on the right side so that the images have a pin in this hole.

Fifteen and sixteen are good and holes, respectively, 205 and 380 meters. Seventeen is a solid 422 yard par 4 with water left turns areinto play on the left of the tee and around the green. The eighteenth century, which are used for a par 5, is now a formidable 427 yard par 4 that bends slightly to the right. The second shot is played over a lake.

Rogers Park golf experience is delicious and definitely worth a play when you're in the Tampa area.

Not far from Rogers Park, the Forest Hills section is another city course, sports Babe Zaharias, named, apparently after the great athlete.Although 'The Babe' plays only 6200 meters, is to test very nice. There are a lot of birdie opportunities on this course, but also many opportunities to throw a big number.

The Greens, for the most part are small and require accurate approach shots. There are two par five years, the numbers 6 and 12, both of which can be reached at 481 and 490 meters respectively. Four of the par 4 holes play over 400 meters, the longer the sixteeth to 433 meters. The par 3 holes are beautifulInstallation is easy and 151-176 meters long. XVII, the yards, the par 3 of 176, is one of my favorite holes on the golf course, play an elevated tee to an undulating green protected by a pond.

Another favorite is the thirteenth, a 430-yard par 4 that plays on the crest of a hill to an elevated green protected by water.

All in all, Babe Zaharias Golf Course is a fun you room to breathe, but can also make yourBreath with some of its toughest holes. It is a sport, of course, as already mentioned, which is nice and not too strenuous.
