Playing 4 rounds of golf a week was the way I've found the performance of my golf swing. But if you do not have time to do it, then you will how to improve your golf swing?
Every Saturday, you can start adding a few balls hit on the driving range. This will help you warm up and go get your swing, before hitting the course. The balls than with a nice steady swing, the better you perform on the course, if you meet there. If you do not take all the ballsthen get some of those practice balls with holes in them and use a smaller club to hit a few before you tee off.
Once you are out on the course why not ask your friends to critique your game. Write down what they tell you and then practice that when you can get to the driving range. Of course you will want to listen to someone who knows what they are talking about. There is no point getting advice off someone who hits the ball worse than you do.
Another thing I did to Improve my Golf Swing was to do some exercise specific to golf. I would practice my swing holding a medicine ball and twisted my body and arms in the same motion I would if I was hitting the ball. This caused me to build up strength in the muscles I used to play golf. You could also use a weight such as a dumbbell or even use a weighted club.
General exercise was also important to Improve My Golf Swing. Walking briskly for at least 30 minutes a day builds up your general base fitness and helps in your recovery around the Golf Course.
You can also slow everything down in your swing. I am sure you have heard it many times, but do not try and hit the cover off the ball. Nice and steady is the way to go. You can slowly increase your speed as your swing becomes second nature. In the short term use one club longer and force yourself not to swing too hard. Your score card will appreciate the effort.
I used all of these tips to Improve My Golf Swing and I am sure yours will also Improve.
